Review : Great Upgrade
I had an old whirlpool washer from 2001. The last 7 yrs it's had really heavy use especially since that model had a smaller tub. I have a tight laundry space that only allows certain dimensions, so this was the most important factor when picking out a replacement. I went to Best Buy and bought a new set that was still a manual model for approx. $1100. The very next day I happened to stumble upon this machine at Menards for only $400. It was an upgrade from what I originally selected and let me tell you how happy I am. I've had this machine about a week so far so please keep that in mind. What I love:
-Set Up: It's very easy. In fact, I don't think there really was a "set-up" to say. Basically the technician installed it and said it was ready to go.
-The tub: It's Stainless steel and for a smaller machine, the tub seems huge.
-The panel: VERY VERY easy to select your wash cycle. I also LOVE that you can override the pre-set selections to customize your wash which...
Review : Better than the new age HE washers.

I purchased this model from Home Depot last month, after going through 4 (yes 4) other HE Washers, including a garbage Samsung 4.6 HE washer that broke down 3 times, and had to be replaced twice in a 2 month period. I decided to go with an "old school" agitator washer. It has a HE option that can be turned off, you can control the water level manually, and now my clothes come out 100% cleaned vs just splashed with a small amount of water. If you are looking for a new washer and want your clothes cleaned, stay away from any HE only washers. You can beat this washer for the price!

Review : Great value and fun to use too!

We already recently purchased a GE dryer and have been very pleased, so when the washing machine tanked we started searching for a replacement. This unit has a great balance of automatic electronics and accompanying overrides for manual control. The many options for energy and water efficiency make washing the clothes a bit more fun.
