Review : Think carefully before stacking this

It can hold a truly crazy amount of laundry. But be careful about using it in a stacked configuration. We also got the huge
Samsung dryer to match. Now that they are stacked I can't really see the indicator lights for the settings around the control wheel of the dryer. I can just reach the buttons to start the dryer. I am 6' tall.

If you don't stack this machine, on the other hand, it is so deep that it is unclear how you would be able to reach stuff in cabinets hung above it.

Maybe there is a reason that all other home washers and dryers conform to a standard size...

Review : Huge and beautiful washing machine washes quickly and efficiently
I purchased this washing machine locally about one month ago. While my family is small (just my husband and myself as well as my toddler grandson part time), I needed a washing machine that could wash my king size quilt collection adequately and quickly. My prior Whirlpool was a nightmare - it could never find its balance and took hours to complete the smallest loads. After three years of struggling with it and having repairmen tell me it was not something that could be fixed, we bought this new machine for our Christmas gift to ourselves. We bought the white set as it was less expensive but must admit the gray set is stunning. If it would have gone well with our house, we probably would have spent the extra to get the beautiful look.

I got the unit for a little less than the advertised price and had the company install it. I was concerned that it might make my laundry room a little tight but in the end, it gave us more space across the room. The machine is wider and...
Review : Avoid Samsung and this Unit if you can

The size of this thing made want it, we have a large family and a couple of king size beds and our old washer just wasn't big enough. I bought this at a different retailer, but since I use Amazon's ratings so often in making my choices, I wanted to make sure I gave my experience back to them.

This unit showed up at my house, and while it would power on, it wouldn't actually spin of fill. I called Samsung, since, you know, warranty. The only thing they would tell me is that the warranty didn't apply since the unit never worked and the retailer was responsible for fixing or replacing the unit. Nice, thanks for the help...

The retailer came out, but since these units are really new, they had no parts or information and really had no way to troubleshoot it. Based on the conversation with them, they seem to be having quite a few problems with these. I sent it back and am replacing it with a unit from a different manufacturer.
