Just received my Panda XPB45 this past weekend, and love it so far! It gets my clothes so clean and in such a short time and with very little detergent. It was delivered quickly and the Customer Service Reps at First&Best, Inc (www.ezbyonline.com) responded to my pre-purchase questions right away. Many, many thanks to the people who posted their reviews and helpful hints on using this washing machine -- I was able to use it several times already without any problems. One thing I've done temporarily (and maybe someone else already posted this) is wrap a piece of old knee-high pantyhose on the drain hose to collect lint/keep lint from going down the sink/bathtub drain and causing a clog (there was a tiny bit of lint). I'm going to use something else later on. Again, I very much appreciate the info people posted of their experiences with this machine (and also the XPB36) and how to best use it. I also watched some videos posted on www.youtube.com that demonstrated using one of these...
Review : Great machine...until it started to leak!
We bought the same exact washer/spinner on ebay. The item shipped within 4 days which was great. When we first opened the package, it had this terrible oil like smell. After a couple washes, the smell went away. It worked like a charm...until it started to leak at the bottom after 2 months! Now we set it in the bathtub with an extension cord when we need to use it. This little machine does require a little more work than a modern washer and dryer. Instead of using the flimsy hose that might not fit your faucet (mine slipped off & water splashed everywhere). I just use a bucket to fill it, it is way faster. After the wash/drain is done, I'll wring out the clothes and drop it evenly in the spinner. (If it's not balance, it'll spin slowly, loudly and not dry) Don't expect it to be like a gas/electric dryer. The spinner gets your clothes dry enough where you'll need to hang it up to completely dry. I don't recommend putting a $100 shirt in there because the machine may stretch it. I also...
Review : Two days with washer and loving it
This is everything I had hoped it would be and more. I ordered the item late Sunday and it was processed and shipped and arrived Friday. I think a great turn around time from the seller.

If you read the reviews for the XPB36, it is as they all say. I live in a small condo and the XPB45 is more than enough to handle my clothes every couple of days. I actually washed some clean items just to make more of a complete load and test it out. Excellent!

Since my condo is small I found that placing the Panda in my walk in closet in a corner works when not in use. I found that my tiny bathroom is the best place to wash. It is faster if I just use a bucket from the tub then dump into the wash basin. You can connect the fill hose but the pressure from my sink would take too long. I then have the Panda just drain into my tub. I feel liberated that after over 3 years I am able to do wash in my condo.
