Kit contains everything you need. Even comes with decent instructions, which are needed because there are two different seal assemblies. Be sure to watch several youtube videos before you start. It will save you time. Entire project can be done in a couple hours or less if you are prepared. One video shows completely removing the outer drum assembly. This is NOT needed. You can free the inner drum from the outer from the back side of the machine with a hammer and block of wood. Removing the old bearings is the hardest part, but not that bad. I just used a large punch and a hammer and removed the inner bearing first as it is easy to access from the back of the machine. Be sure to grease the front and inside edges of the seal.

I have a Maytag Neptune 5500 model washer that the bearing went out on. The repair person told me it would be cheaper to buy a new washer then to try to fix it. This $20.00 kit, an hour of online research and 2 hours of my husband's time fixed my Maytag Neptune washer. I was a little skeptical if this kit would work since it was much cheaper than the factory kits. Glad I gave it a try, it arrived quickly and with all pieces pictured.

Review : Great Kit

It took allot of curse words, penetrating lube & a BFH to get the rusty old bearings out. This kit worked & our machine runs like new/quite. Give your self plenty of space & time to complete the repair. Clean everything, including the drain tubes of all debris while your at it & throw on a new belt for added insurance.
