Review : Best gift you can buy your family

We bought this product because I have always had great success with LG products. These were the largest consumer washer and dryer on the market at the time and after a year of use they have not disappointed one bit. Very quiet and every function works as advertised. As a man, I have never been one to get excited about a washer and dryer but when I walk through our laundry room and see these large beautiful appliances lit up and always delivering very clean and fresh smelling clothes I can't help but smile. Highly recommend!

Review : They treated us like we were Kings

I bought new LG washer and dryer. 6 months later the power would just turn off. It turned out that it was not the washers, but rather a faulty breaker. LG came the next day to service it. They ordered all new electrical panels and circuits. They treated us like we were Kings!! There service is phenomenal and they stand behind their product. Even after finding out that the culprit was a bad breaker, we still were given brand new panels.

I just became a lifelong LG customer. They completely exceeded my expectations and gave us truly excellent customer service. They stand behind their products which is huge in this day and age. Thank youLG for being so honorable in a world that is not that way.

Review : large families:buy these

We are a family of 10 and we've had these about 2 weeks (replacing an 8 year old duet). Love the size, wash seems clean (haven't tested any nasty stains yet...), sanitizing load was great. Dryer is amazing so far. With any washer/dryer these days: buy the warranty!!
